Always. Every planning portal includes a must-play list, a do-not-play list, and open requests the night of your event.
A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
Deposits secure exclusive availability for your date and are non-refundable. Rescheduling within 12 months is accommodated where possible at no extra fee.
